Jessie is Thriving!

Jessie is now 5 weeks old. At her 4 week check-up she was 9lbs 5oz and 20 1/2 inches long. She has started sleeping in longer stretches (which Mom and Dad are very happy about) and enjoys an occasional bottle with Daddy.
Jessie has been working hard on her "tummy-time" exercises and is getting really good at holding her head up. Her eyes are getting brighter and we see more alert time everyday. Jessie is tracking things with her eyes and even reaches out to grab them...including Ernie. We live for her smiles, but have trouble getting them on camera. Check out the new photos we are continually adding to her album!

Jessie went for her first walk Sunday. She toured her new house and checked on the work that Daddy and the electricians were doing.

Introducing

Jessie Hyacinth Thackray

This little angel came to us on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 3:42PM. She weighed 7 lbs 13 oz and measured 20" long. Mom and baby arrived home Tuesday afternoon and are doing great. We could not be happier or feel more blessed. Many thanks to all those who have given their love and support.
